Installation

Maintenance

Investing in a maintenance plan will keep your system performing at its peak.  Our service packages are a cost effective way to maintain your equipment and, in the long run, lower your utility cost. 

We offer three plans that will fit any budget and any HVAC system.

The Swift Start Plan (Basic)

  • One annual visit
  • Check system performance
  • Check appropriate fluid and gas levels
  • Check filters
  • Check thermostat operation
  • Clean condenser coils with biodegradable cleaner

Premium Maintenance Plan

This plan includes the Basic Maintenance Plan plus:

  • An additional annual visit
  • Flush drain lines
  • Lubricate where needed
  • Inspect electrical system
  • Discounts on repairs

The MAX Maintenance Plan

This plan includes the Premium Maintenance Plan plus:

  • One emergency service call with no charge for repair labor
  • One emergency service call with no charge on standard repair replacement parts
  • Priority Customer Status
